Someone asked me to make oxtail and jerk chicken, and now here we are!
Growing up in the Caribbean, I was always surrounded by good food- both inside and outside the home. So,
I definitely had to know how to cook, as I loved to food. When I moved to the U.S, there would be times
when I would miss some good home cooked food, or at least some Caribbean cooking. Although I knew
where some of the good spots were, they were quite a distance from me, so I had to get creative.
I started out trying new things in the kitchen, then introduced it across my nearby market- friends and others,
and now we are sharing our Caribbean flavours with everyone! @olisislandshack #EBANGGOOD
