Being a health freak and consultant by profession, I am also training to be a nutrition coach so I can tune my recipes as per my client’s health needs. For me, cooking is as much a science, as it is an art. I am a hardcore believer in using quality ingredients, tools, and processes. I use harmless utensils, scientific processes to preserve nutrients, and organic & seasonal ingredients. I also use millets and oats often in my cooking to make food more nutritious. I am happy to be on the zChef platform where I can contribute to increasing the reach of homecooked and nutritious meals to more and more people, something that is critical in these difficult times. I am also thankful for zChef for giving me such an easy platform to start my business. It just took me a few hours to set up my shop and using the platform has been a breeze. With growing needs of healthy food and unwieldy expectations of work life balance, we found a need for a virtual space to collaborate with home based chefs and local businesses who could cater to this purpose.
- zChefs is more than a food delivery app, our aim is to empower the home based entrepreneurs and enable small businesses to cater to the perpetual demand for healthy food. All of this with a non invasive approach to let the minuscule businesses to thrive on the principles of serving the community.
